We recommend our kits with bungs that insert inside the tubing. These dome kits were made for DIY customers with limited bending equipment. Product Features: Our bungs are machined from 2" 1018 domestic bar stock. -No machined flats which remove much of the structural integrity of the connector. -HD forged internal threads with the maximum thread engagement possible. -Utilizes OEM hardware. -Tight key points. -Fits 1-3/4" diameter tube with a .095 and .120 wall tube thickness. -Front bungs also feature an engineered easy feed machined wire access port to guide wires being run for lighting and accessories. (wire not included) -Works with factory doors -Bungs come in a set of 8 pieces needed to build your 4 seat cage. -Bungs have keyed notches to mate with factory mounting points. -Uses OEM Hardware -Bungs are designed to fit the factory mounting points on your Polaris RZR Pro R vehicle. **Please note the Polaris Pro R 4 seat had a rolling hardware change in 2022. We designed our first round of bungs off the 2021 early production units . You might need to use a socket head cap screw on the b pillar bungs in lou of the flange head bolts. We have changed the design on the bungs now. *Loctite/thread loc is necessary on every bolt. *Key features have a patent pending submission* 10 piece bulk ships in multiple boxes due to weight.
