Returns
Returns are fine within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products must be in new condition. UTVDistribution INC is not responsible for damaged parts due to improper installation / use.
Used, mounted, damaged products will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
Please inspect all parts upon delivery and make sure they are fit for the intended application. Please include a copy of the original order. We will need to identify you for refund purposes.
Insufficient Address / Wrong Address Returns
Orders returned due to insufficient address / non viable address will be charged the outgoing shipping charges and deducted from the product refund. No refunds on buyer paid shipping.
Buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping costs.
Returns must have a copy of the original packing slip otherwise refunds will be delayed.

Refunds
Refunds are processed as soon as we receive and inspect the items. We will e-mail a copy of your refund receipt for your records once the return is fully processed. Due to the varying bank processing speeds expect approximately 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned to your account. No refunds on outbound or inbound shipping paid by customers.
