This set is rad and fun to use! Kits consists of the following dies: 1/2" (.500)  3/4"(.750)  1"(1.00) Everything shown in first image.

Increased Strength and Rigidity: The flared edge created by the dimple die increases the stiffness of the material, similar to adding a bend to a flat panel. How Dimple Dies Are Used: Dimple dies typically work by placing male and female dies on either side of a pre-drilled hole in the sheet metal and pressing them together using a hydraulic press, a bench vise, or a simple draw-bar bolt. Dies are CNC machined from premium SAE 8620 steel with a Rockwell hardness of 80. These dies are great for virtually anything you can dream up.

More Details:

-Made for use with a hydraulic press or arbor press. 

-Holes must be drilled before you dimple the materials.

-(These do not act as punches)

-We recommend no thicker than 1/8" material.

-Customers have done thicker-thats your final call.

-We recommend lubricants when using the dies. This will reduce die wear and gulling.
