Most orders over $140 Ship Free.

*Does not apply to LSK Weld It Yourself Kits and certain bulk items due to weight.*

UTVDistribution strives to ship orders MF-Fast. 

Most orders ship the same business day when received before 3PM PST Mon-Fri. (Weekends & Holidays Excluded) pending current workload.

We primarily ship Fed Ex and UPS. Occasionally we utilize USPS.

No refunds on paid shipping on orders. We are not responsible for returned package shipping fees due to non delivery or incorrect addresses. Not responsible for shipping companies errors or delays.

 
Expedited Shipping

Best way to handle Expedited / Faster shipping is as follows:

Place your order and leave a note specifying the service required. (UPS 2Day-UPS 3Day-UPS Overnight-UPS Overnight AM Delivery)

We run the rates and email the upgraded shipping pricing. So pay attention to your emails!!!!!! We do not have time to track you down to confirm.

Once agreed on the service and rate the shipping invoice is sent. Once invoice is paid your package will be shipped. No pay-no shippy Skippy!

Requests for Expedited shipping after 2PM Pacific Standard time will not be shipped until the following day. 

The less desirable option for expedited shipping:

Please email the products required along with your shipping address for an expedited shipping quote. sales@utvdistribution.com(Weekends & Holidays Excluded) No refunds on Expedited shipping due to carrier delays. No guarantees on delivery date.

International Orders

We are happy to provide quotes for International Customers. The majority of our products are heavy, so shipping adds up quickly. International orders are subject to import fees/ taxes/ tariffs and other incurred costs which is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please email us a screenshot or list of products required along with the complete shipping address. You are welcome to ship our products to a freight forwarding agency within the U.S. The majority of the freight forwarders have discounted International shipping rates these days.

Returns

Returns are fine within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in new condition. UTVDistribution INC is not responsible for damaged parts due to improper installation / use.

Used, mounted, damaged products will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

Please inspect all parts upon delivery and make sure they are fit for the intended application.

Insufficient Address / Wrong Address Returns

Orders returned due to insufficient address / non viable address will be charged the outgoing shipping charges and deducted from the product refund. No refunds on buyer paid shipping. 

Buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping costs.

Returns must have a copy of the original packing slip otherwise refunds will be delayed. LSK Rollcage Kits are non-returnable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive and inspect the items. We will e-mail a copy of your refund receipt for your records once the return is fully processed. Due to the varying bank processing speeds expect approximately 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned to your account. No refunds on outbound or inbound shipping paid by customers.

Safety

There is a risk when operating your vehicle whether the parts are installed by a do it yourself or a professional fabricator / mechanic / installer. Daily inspections of the part/s is highly recommend to insure the safety of the vehicle and passengers. The customer /consumer understands these terms and upon purchasing assumes the liability of doing so at their own risk.
