Inline Tubing Connectors

Large selection of inline tubing connectors for .095 and .120 wall. Available in interlocking and non-interlocking options.

If you do not fabricate frequently we recommend using non interlocking connectors as they are easy to work with.

Sizes span from 1" to 2".

Measure the outer diameter of your tube to connect. Measure the wall thickness. If you have a 1-1/2" O.D.tube you need a 1-1/2" tubing connector.

How To Measure Roll Cage Or Tube Outside Diameter (OD)

Use a Caliper (Most Accurate)

Steps:

  • Place the jaws over the outside of the tube.

  • Gently close until both jaws touch the outer walls.

  • Read the measurement on the display or scale.

Tape Measure UTVDistribution Hack

The easiest way to measure a tubes outside diameter.(OD)

  • 1. Cut a strip of paper long enough to wrap around the tube.

  • 2. Wrap the paper strip around the tube and mark where the ends overlap.

  • 3. Lay paper flat and measure from the end of the paper to your mark.

  • 4. Common tube sizes are 1"-1-1/4"-1-1/2"-1-5/8"-1-3/4"-1-7/8" and 2".

  • Please remember we reference all products on the OD of the tube. For example a 1-3/4" Tube connector fits 1-3/4" OD Tube. If you measure and order by the Inner Diameter you will receive the wrong part! Got It?
