1-5/8" Chromoly Interlocking Professional race grade Interlocking tube connectors manufactured with US Made Steel and machined in San Diego California.  

Features:

-Interlocking design for superior build strength.

-Solid 4140 Chromoly steel machined and tumble finished parts

-Fits 1-5/8" outer diameter tube with .085 wall tube thickness.

-Fits tubing inside diameters(I.D.) of 1.45"

-Overall height when bolted together is 2-1/2" inches.  

-Overall length after insertion and welding is 1.46"

-5/16"x18 Grade 8 socket head cap screws for maximum shear protection.

-Counterbore on ends is 1-1/4" /1.250"

-Insertion length into tubing is 1/2" /.500

-Both bolts insert from the same direction. You can mount the tube connector extremely close to other components on your chassis without interference issues.
